Most of us aren’t mobile by accident.

Like public speaking, painting, or rock climbing, we have to practice it. Thankfully, mobility is simple. It’s anywhere you are. All you need is a plan.

That’s where Beth comes in. She’s been coaching yoga for decades and will now offer Practice CrossFit athletes that long awaited taste of flexibility. Join Beth every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, and every Saturday at 8 am, starting Wednesday, July 5. The class is open to all, Practice CrossFit athlete or otherwise. Relaxation, stability, and flexibility. The perfect compliment to CrossFit.

Yoga by Beth:

Saturday: 8 am
Cost: $10 PCF athlete/$15 otherwise
*In exchange for Yoga with Beth, we will be discontinuing CrossFit class on Wednesday at 6:30
