Of course not. Most of us just go. But what if you saw the work live, on a giant screen in front of you. What if you were going to stop just short off all out and you looked up and saw you had more to give? Instead of your emotions, the overbearing internal critic taking over, you saw the cold hard truth; you have more to give.

That’s Practice ZONE!

Practice Zone is intense. Watch your heart rate rise and fall as your coach leads you through a series of intervals for 45-minutes straight.

The high-intensity cardiovascular work is done entirely without barbells or big weights, setting the stage so we can focus on endurance and fat burning. Classes are intimate no more than 10 per session. Not to mention every single participant wears a heart rate monitor and has their effort mapped each class and reported to them when all is said and done.

The next four-week session of Practice ZONE begins Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at 6:30 pm. You DON’T have to be a Practice CrossFit athlete to join, either. All are welcome.
