Q) What is the point of a Crossfit Kids class?
A) CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit
geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population.

Q) What does it cost for a kids class?
A) Kids classes are $5 per class.
Q) Where are the classes?
A) 99 Harolds Way, Troy, Ohio.
Q) What are the times?
A) Monday and Thursday nights at 5:45 p.m., and Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.
Q) What if my kid cannot make these times?
A) One on one training is always available upon request.
Q) I have seen some kids working out in the adult classes. When can my son or daughter do that?
A) A kids participation in an adult class must be earned. There is no real course requirement as to when they are able to, It is at the discretion of the PCF kids head trainer. Attending all kids classes and practicing on their own are good ways to show the dedication that it takes.
Q) When will I know if my son/daughter are able to do an adult class?
A) We will let you know.
