Q) What is the point of a Crossfit Kids class?
A) CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit
geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population.
Q) What age does my child need to be to take a CrossFit Kids class?
A) Children ages 4-12 may join our Kids program. Children 13 and up may take the Teens classes.
Q) What does it cost for a kids class?
A) Ages 4-7 classes are $5 per class, ages 8-12 are $8 per class, teens are $10 per class.
Q) Where are the classes?
A) 99 Harolds Way, Troy, Ohio.
Q) What are the times?
Ages 8-12: Monday and Thursday nights at 5:30-6:15 pm
Ages 4-7: Mon 6:15-6:35
Teens: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:30 pm
All ages 4 and up are welcome for free on Saturdays at 9 a.m.
Q) What if my kid cannot make these times?
A) One on one training is always available upon request.
Q) I have seen some kids working out in the adult classes. When can my son or daughter do that?
A) A kids participation in an adult class must be earned, and is at the discretion of the PCF kids head trainer. Consistently attending kids classes and practicing on their own are good ways to show the dedication that it takes.
