CrossFit Kids has a new look this summer!
During CrossFit Kids Summer Session, young athletes will meet once per week for nine weeks. Over the course of these nine weeks, athletes will develop increased strength, speed, agility, endurance, power, and body awareness. They’ll test benchmarks, track their progress, and celebrate their successes.
Whether your child wants to gain a competitive edge on the sports field, or simply wants to have fun while learning new skills and being active, this program is for them!
New class schedule starting June 12th through August 6th:
Spartans (ages 8-12):
Session 1: Monday evenings 5:30-6:15
Session 2: Thursday evenings 5:30-6:15
(These are separate classes. Athletes may register for both)
Warriors (ages 4-7):
Monday evenings 6:15-6:35
Registration will open next week and more details are to come! Talk with any kids trainer to register!
