Mistakes happen… You have to fess up and live with them. I mess up all the time, its part of life, its part of learning. Do not let your mistakes define you. Learn from them and become better because of them. There is a song that I dearly love, and part of the lyrics go,” You are more than the choices that you’ve made, you are more than the sum of your past mistakes, you are more than the problems you create, you’ve been remade.”
My little mistake of mixing up days on the blog will be known to many but luckily only a few will really care…
The real WOD tomorrow…
400 Meter Run
Max Strict Pull-ups
*Take your time and recover from the run so that you can maximize your pull ups.
*Use this WOD as a chance to really practice your strict pull ups. If you do not have strict pull ups, or at least not very many of them, then use a method such as a band or ring rows but make them difficult enough that you can only achieve 5-10 reps. This will give you the opportunity to build some more strength by keeping the reps a little lower.
