Better than I did before! This time last year I was all about counting points…not anymore! I’m getting better, but still need reminders to stay on track.

Why do you CrossFit at Practice?

The community of athletes is so encouraging and inspiring. I can’t imagine CrossFitting anywhere else!

What has been your greatest challenge, and how have you overcome it?

One of my greatest challenges has been changing the way I see and use food. I’m still working on this one, but feel like I’m getting better. Another challenge is not worrying about the number on the scale. I’ve only lost about 10 pounds since starting CrossFit in June, but my body has completely changed. Having people tell me they’ve noticed is a MUCH greater reward than seeing the number on the scale go down!
