| Why do you CrossFit at Practice? | I own it for one. However, I would even if I did not. I opened PCF to teach others, and everyday I find I am the one learning from amazing community. I cannot comprehend a more rewarding community full of people. |
| What has been your greatest challenge, and how have you overcome it? | Walking away. The older I become the more I am faced with the fact that I cannot, nor do I want, to do it alone. I am so blessed to have amazing people around me that have taught me how much they can shine if you will simply let them. Walking away was my biggest obstacle but every time I do, awesome people take the lead and never let me down. |
| Something people would be surprised to learn about you? | Nothing. Humans are no mystery. We all wear our colors on our sleeves its just that we are often to blind to the glimmer around us. If we take the time to truly observe one another, there are no secrets or surprises, there is only confirmation. |
