| Why do you CrossFit at Practice? | I CrossFit because it makes me feel strong and healthy. It’s different each day so I don’t get bored. I love my CrossFit community! |
| What has been your greatest challenge, and how have you overcome it? | Getting started with CrossFit. I was intimidated by even the idea of CrossFit. I was embarrassed to go because I was overweight. I knew I couldn’t do this to myself or my family any longer. |
| Something people would be surprised to learn about you? | I did Murph after 1 month of bootcamp. 1hour 17 mins. I did all of the reps, but I did the pushups on my knees and jumping pullups. I actually can’t wait to do murph this year! |
