Monday was a lot of heavy lifting and I cannot begin to tell you how proud I am of all of you PCF’ers. It was great to see so many of you PR and I know it took a lot of hard work to do so. Great work everyone.
We have a chipper style WOD today but first we get to play a little with that hip extension. A powerful hip extension can help with just about anything and everything we do athletically. ENJOY!!!
