Crossfit training includes multiple domains of fitness, including gymnastics, cardiovascular work such as running and rowing, powerlifting, and weightlifting. Athletes will work on a specific strength program, followed by short, intense met-con workouts. This type of training will not only make the athletes stronger, but will provide optimal results in both explosive power and endurance.
