Watching the screen is different. Your heart rate live, increasing intensity like a beautiful crescendo, trailing to a perfect lullaby directly after.

It’s immediate. It’s fun. And it’s at Practice CrossFit.

It can make you Join your coach twice a week and focus on cardiovascular interval training. Watch your heart rate recover on the screen in front of you. No weights or pull-ups or high-flying gymnastics. Just endurance. We use beats per minute to establish baselines and individualize the program for maximum success.

The next four-week session of Practice ZONE begins Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 6:30 pm. You DON’T have to be a Practice CrossFit athlete to join, either. All are welcome.

Tuesday: 6:30 pm
Thursday: 6:30 pm
