Maggie has been CrossFitting with her husband, Brian and her daughter, Lunden for nearly four years.

“We’re stronger and healthier than ever,” she said. “Our house has transitioned diet wise, form an eat whatever home to a Paleo home.”

A professional dancer by trade, Maggie incorporates CrossFit into her routine. Beyond the training, however, Maggie and crew are community driven, constantly lending a hand wherever they are needed. It’s people like Maggie, Brian and Lunden that make you believe there’s good left in the world; they make communities feel like families.

 

Warm-up:

80′Lunge
5 Rounds for completion

Extended:

Clean
OTM for 15 minutes.

Post impressions and favorite animal to keep as a pet to comments.
