Mindy and Justin’s little CrossFitting bundle of joy is due in a week, and she can still do pull-ups.

“I tried a pull-up last night and I can still do them.” – Mindy

Not only that, but with four Open workouts down and one to go, she’s still as prescribed.

 

Warm-up:

Skill:

Hang Snatch
*Work up for 15 Minutes.

For score:

“Partner up”

30-Power cleans 95/135
20-Front squat 95/135
10-Jerks 95/135
AMRAP 10 Minutes
*After each movement, perform 50 double unders. While one partner is knocking out the doubles, the other must be doing singles.

Level 1
