When Vicki started CrossFit four years ago, she couldn’t squat or pull-up, even the barbell was heavy.
Now, after several local challenges, more than a few Open workouts and years of dedication, things have changed. She’s four years older, moves like she’s 20-years younger, and continues to brighten everyone’s day. She’s truly a CrossFitter.
