The zombie shoulders and sleep deprived eyes disappeared last week. Now, at least on the workout floor, Mindy looks a little more like the athlete we’ve known for years.
Her overhead lifts aren’t as Herculean and she’s lost a step of course, but she’s still training and making good decisions. Interestingly, deadlifts look better; maybe we should all start pulling for two.
