Five years ago Diana was gracious enough to be one of the first Practice CrossFit guinea pigs. Before anyone heard of the Games, before we knew what we were really getting into, Di was there doing thrusters and learning how to kip right alongside us.
She’s the original Practice CrossFit gangster and we’ll never be able to thank her for having faith and believing before there was a world of proof to back us up.
