After filming this clip we increased Mindy’s carbohydrates by 20-percent. Generally this happens about this time anyway. No, carbohydrates aren’t needed to survive, but she’ll thrive if we reduce her protein intake while adding them. Especially if your normal CrossFit diet’s mostly protein and fat.
Vegetables such as squash, egg plant and kale are great, but Mindy will also get potatoes and white rice (brown rice has the endosperm that contains the allergen, white’s just carbs).
