Hang power snatch 100/155
*Perform 2 reps every 15 seconds for 16 intervals.

Power clean and jerk 100/155
*Perform 2 reps every 15 seconds for 16 intervals.

Thruster 100/155
*Perform 2 reps every 15 seconds for 16 intervals.
*Rest 1 minute between efforts.

Strength:

Front Squat @90%
3-3-3-3-3
Push jerk @90%
3-3-3-3-3
*Begin a minute clock. FSQ on the first minute. Then alternate with PJ for the next minute. Continue this for all 10 sets.

    i didnt count my reps…front squat and push jerks felt heavy, heavy as ??? sorry i aint got nothing. kara the 9 was quiet today huh? i was quiet cause i kept thinking about the sheer number of goats that i have to work on…they’re just not enough hours in my day.
