I love that. It reminds of a pastor geeking out on one verse for a whole sermon. It’s just that profound.
That phrase has transference to it. Even though I generally hate tradition and predictability, repetition, done correctly, be it barbell or behavior, is a blessing.
Wasted reps are worthless seconds you’ll never get back. They happen at CrossFit. They happen outside of CrossFit.
Every time you touch a bar, be deliberate. Every time you touch anything, be deliberate.
