Our featured CrossFitter meets us with a competitive rowing background and a militaristic future. This summer Sara is headed to the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. CrossFit is her preparation.

“I love CrossFit because it doesn’t let me hide behind the things I’m not good at,” she says after less than two months in.

With that kind of attitude, I think she’ll do just fine.

    Very cool, Sara. No doubt your determination will get you through. Congrats on the handstand last eve btw. And if you can get us CF-ers not to lean back when rowing, consider that a score! Really enjoy having you in class.

    Super enjoyed the 5am this morning. SO exciting to have the new ladies, Kelly and Becky. You guys did awesome with all the movements this morning! Chris Davis and Miko did a fantastic job introducing you to overhead movements and, you are fantastic athletes. I hope you had fun!!!
