Building a hand isn’t the simplest task. Especially when that hand has to keep up with a CrossFitter.
Everyone wants to see their friends succeed. Sometimes, at the most important times, we may even want their success more than they do. That’s what a community does. They want the best for you even when you forget what the best looks like. When you’re low they hold you accountable to the lofty goals you made when you were up.
In last week’s vid we saw the first take. We worked some bugs out and it got better. But, we’re not satisfied. So we keep working. Actually, even when we are satisfied, we’ll still keep working.
