“I’m not trying to make money.” – Coach Glassman

I didn’t begin CrossFitting because I believed in the program. I began CrossFitting because I believe in Coach.

My first exposure to CrossFit was a video my best friend told me watch. Six years ago, when we watched it, it was like a fitness train wreck. I couldn’t take my eyes off it because it was so different, so difficult. I was a six year old trainer/nutritionist. I saw a little bit of the beauty of the program, but in truth I was ignorant.

Later that night I watched my first Coach video –  I think I had a business plan six days later.

Thanks coach. Thanks for everything.
