Steal this vid: Meet CrossFit Kids Trainer, Monica
CrossFit Kids trainers have a difficult responsibility. As a guide, as a great leader of the young, they must be delicate when the situation demands, yet infinitely firm.
Kids don’t care if you have a bad day. Adults don’t really either but since they have most likely experienced the same, they are more inclined to forgive. Trainers like Monica, don’t seem to have bad days. At least, not in front of the kids, where it counts.
I believe our youngest athlete at PCF is five years old. Our oldest is over 70. Monica, and other trainers just like her, can train them both, and everything in between. If you don’t think that’s talent – try it.
