I don’t think it’s possible for kids to be bad most of the time. But I do think it’s quite plausible, even simple, for adults to be. Kids are just great impersonators.
CrossFit is developing programs all over the world that put good people in front of good kids. Even the good ones, who act like bad ones. I’m sure you’ve noticed it, the underlying current of kids fitness trying to give back the health many young ones have already lost.
