In your words: Patrick L

Jan 10, 2013 16 Comments by

The modern world has a bad habit of drowning out the knowledge of history. Silent and wise relics give way to loud enthusiasm.

We do that. CrossFitters I mean. Young bloods can’t get enough, and rightfully so, we have all been that excited rookie. But don’t forget the old hats like Patrick in the video above. The quite ones that get better well below the radar.

Strength:

Power snatch
*Work up to a heavy rep.

2-Power snatches @70% every (30) seconds.
7 Rounds

For time:

10-T2B
8-Wall ball
5-DB/KB snatches 35/55
5 Rounds

Auxiliary:

Tempo Stiff leg deadlift 75/115 (5,1,1,1)
5×5

You’re another one of the “quiet fighters”, Patrick. It’s a joy to watch you wko with your son, and a blessing to have your medical insight as part of PCF’s community. And on the surprise occasion that you’re really live, I appreciate your sense of humor. The in-law holiday “blessing” was priceless.
