Steal this vid: Meet CrossFit Kids Trainer, Mindy

Usually it’s all about how lucky we are to have found CrossFit. In Mindy’s case, CrossFit along with all those little CrossFit kiddos, are lucky to have found Mindy.

Training adults is about caring for another human. True training is anyway. Trainers that will never truly succeed are the ones who make it about themselves. Training children is about caring for the child, with a whole other level of patience and caring. Something that can’t be taught.

CrossFit Kids trainers like Mindy are another breed. One the world needs more of.
