In your words: Jon C
Some CrossFitters are like wallpaper. You don’t really know when they became so crucial, but you know the place would feel bare without them.
Jon competed at regionals, CrossFitted for longer than he actually says in the video, and progresses against less than stellar mobility. Like many of us, he may not have every piece of CrossFit working to his benefit, but that has never stopped him, or made him question himself. He just keeps going.
The hope that Jon gives off is that special kind of hope that makes you believe hard work actually does pay off.

I was able to meet the owner today and he is awesome, went to a 6:30 class and met so many more great people. I think it is so funny because I am generally a shy person when it comes to meeting new people but its so cool to see crossfit bring different people together. I talked with all of the trainers about so many different things and techniques, competitions, how our boxes program stuff, and the games. I am truly thankful for crossfit! Seeya guys soon.
