Gymnastics is complicated for most adults. It should be, most of us stop using our bodies the way they were designed to be used long ago making the simplest of body weight exercises feel foreign.
You moving well is at the core of any great program. If you move well, then your chances to become fitter, achieve more, and avoid injury dramatically increase. Being good at gymnastics is being good at moving, and the clip above is from a guy who moves really well.
