We will be de-loading this week, 10/8-10/13/12 so no extending training in addition to daily programming. Daily programming will also be considerably diminished. While I believe entire weeks off are often fruitless, I do believe there is great value in a cyclical more effort/less effort approach so that’s what we will do.
Refer to daily programming only until 10/14/12. In the meantime don’t worry, you won’t lose anything, you won’t fall behind, and your worst fears won’t come true. You should just get hungry, and ready for more. Rest up, get massages, eat the same amount of Calories as you normally would and grow some muscle because volume is down by like 66% or so. Make no mistake, just as much magic happens when you rest as when you train.
