A few days ago super-coach Carl Paoli from GymnasticWOD stopped in and left us with a few pointers that will help tremendously. We will release more and more of these tidbits over the next few weeks so keep checking back.
One of the biggest take aways from the skills Carl teaches is it’s direct application, and instant improvement, in other areas. Gymnastics is, after all, closer to the foundation of our CrossFit pyramid. Meaning-get better at moving you-get better at moving everything around you.
Some of the progressions we will release are perfect warm-ups, cool downs, at-home movements, or rest day activities that we can all touch on thereby ramping up recovery, efficiency, and results. So, by all means, “try this at home”.
