“Teams of three”
25-Tire Flips+200m-Sprint
45-Toe to bar+200m-Sprint
55-Alternating box jumps+200m-Sprint
65-Walking lunges+200m-Sprint
75-Burpees+200m-Sprint
150-Squats+200m-Sprint
*Within (6) minutes, make it as far as you can. Upon the call, begin the strength below. Upon the completion, and full time limit of the strength, continue the event above until completed for time, less the (15) minute strength
Strength:
Partner Front Squat
*Work up to one heavy rep per teammate
**The movement starts below parallel. One athlete assumes the position ready for the bar. Teammates load the bar in rack, and the athlete rises to extension to complete the lift.
