Event 1

This event should be done four hours away from event two. Before and after does not matter.

Banded Deadlifts
8×2
*These must remain fast from the floor. Choose a weight that is appropriate, and a band that lets you move fast. Rest (60) between efforts.

Sled sprint (push)
4x60m(Not so heavy you can’t go fast)

Sled sprint (pull)
4x60m(Not so heavy you can’t go fast)
