CrossFit boasts a wealth of awesome trainers from all of the world. But why? What makes them tick, what started their game? Why CrossFit?
Over the next few weeks PCF will take some time and reflect on those who teach us how to make the game better, and those we look up too for support, knowledge, and motivation. Is there one commonality? Is every background vastly different?
Hopefully we can answer those questions and many more by interviewing CrossFit trainers new and old, and asking-Why CrossFit?
