DEDS: A practical approach to living for everything but food

Nov 16, 2011 12 Comments by

Often times I pause as I begin each and every post. Sometimes I have clear cut ideas and formulated opinions. Other times, as I’m sure you can tell, my energy is erratic at best, borderline psychotic as my mind moves about much faster than my hands can keep up. Often I know what I want to say, but the words are so new to me, they sound different on paper. Can words make sound on paper?

I wanted to write on how technology is exactly equal to damnation.

I wanted to write about how variety, the definition of the food pyramid, is killing a nation.

I wanted to write that every action mentally and physically is directed by something as simple as a calorie.

I wanted to solve the food addiction, with a food solution.

I wanted to be prophetic by showing you the mistakes many of us are committing that makes something so simple, feel so difficult.

I wanted to do all this today, but instead, I want you, your family, and your friends to come to me. I want you standing directly in front of me looking into my unwavering gaze telling you once and for all what the cure is for the human condition of “common” the disease of “average”.

First try at the snatch, so I didn’t want to do any more than the bar. It’s a tough, tough movement.
